• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of inventory.
• Regularly assess inventory levels to ensure timely fulfillment of production and sales requirements.
• Procurement Coordination: Collaborate with the procurement department to ensure timely acquisition of necessary materials.
• Inventory Data Management: Manage and update the inventory database to ensure accurate recording of inventory changes.
• Inventory Audit: Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure actual inventory aligns with system records.
• Material Classification and Labeling: Classify and label inventory materials for easy retrieval and management.
• Inventory Security: Develop and implement inventory security policies to address potential supply chain disruptions or demand fluctuations.
• Disposal of Scrap Materials: Ensure proper disposal of expired or no longer needed materials. Establish and execute procedures for the disposal of scrap materials, including compliant disposal and recycling.
• Inventory Cost Control: Ensure the economic efficiency of inventory, minimizing holding costs.
• Supply Chain Collaboration: Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery and accurate inventory information.
