Job summary

Neutron Technologies & Communications Sdn Bhd is hiring an Inventory Controller in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, managing stock checks, and ensuring stock tallies with the system.

You will monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishments, as well as handle documentation and supplier invoices. Candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree and be proficient in Excel, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Excel proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain updated and accurate inventory records.
• Manage quality checks and stock counts in the outlet.
• Ensure stock tally with the system and monitor levels.
• Arrange stock replenishment and transfers as needed.
• Handle inventory-related documentation and supplier invoices.

• Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including stock transfers.
• To manage quality checks and stock counts in the outlet.
• To manage stock accuracy and ensure the physical stock tally with the system.
• To monitor stock level and arrange replenishment.
• To arrange stock transfer from the outlet or warehouse to the outlet.
• To control the inventory-related documentation and database.
• To verify invoices from the supplier.
• To handle/ check the suppliers DO when stock arrived.
• Perform other related duties as required by the superior.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum education Diploma or Degree.
• Preferable to have working experience, especially for Inventory Controller.
• Inventory Controller need to be familiar with Excel software.
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
