Job summary

TMS Lite Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a diligent Storekeeper to support daily warehouse operations such as receiving, storage, issuing, and stock recording. The role requires careful attention to stock levels, accurate documentation, and adherence to FIFO practices.

You will coordinate with purchasing and production, maintain orderly storage areas, and participate in stock takes while complying with safety and housekeeping standards. 8-hour days, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Certificate in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management is an advantage.
• Experience in storekeeping, warehousing, or inventory control is an advantage.
• Experience in receiving, issuing, and recording stock is preferred.
• Basic numerical skills for stock counting and quantity verification.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery orders.
• Label and arrange goods in designated storage locations and maintain traceability.
• Pick and issue materials according to approved requests and prepare shipments.
• Update stock movements in the inventory system and conduct stock checks.
• Maintain organized records of delivery orders, goods received, and stock transactions.
• Follow safety procedures and keep store clean and organized.
