Job summary

H2H Medicare Group Sdn. Bhd. in Penang is hiring a Store Keeper cum Purchaser to manage incoming and outgoing stocks, monitor daily store activities, and handle purchasing operations including preparing Purchase Orders and tracking supplier performance.

You will coordinate with internal departments, ensure inventory accuracy, perform monthly stock checks, and maintain a clean, safe store environment while leveraging Excel and basic SQL where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum STPM/Diploma in Business Administration, SCM or related field.
• Purchasing experience and inventory management knowledge.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Good communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
• Able to read, write Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Control incoming and outgoing stocks.
• Monitor day-to-day store activities and daily records.
• Update inventory movement records in in-house systems.
• Ensure inventories are in exact quantity as stated in documents.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO) accurately and on time.
• Monitor orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding purchasing requirements.

Store Keeper cum Purchaser responsible for managing incoming and outgoing stocks, monitoring day-to-day store activities, and handling purchasing operations including preparing Purchase Orders, monitoring supplier performance, and coordinating with internal departments.

Key responsibilities

Control incoming and outgoing stocks

Monitor day-to-day store activities and check daily records

Update inventory movement records into in-house systems timely and accurately

Ensure inventories are in exact quantity as stated in relevant documents

Ensure inventory monthly report is complete on time every closing month

Perform monthly stock checks and stock quantity calculation

Maintain and practice good housekeeping in store and ensure a clean and safe working environment

Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO) accurately and on time

Monitor orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery

Coordinate with internal departments regarding purchasing requirements

About you

Minimum STPM/Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field

Relevant purchasing experience and inventory management knowledge in the industry

Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently

Good communication, negotiation and organisational skills

Ability to lift inventory items and perform physical tasks

Must able to read, write, and communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Knowledge of SQL systems will be an added advantage
