Job summary

Hoshizaki Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Warehouse/Inventory Coordinator to maintain stock records, manage POs, and oversee import/export documentation. The role involves daily Excel updates, FIFO stock control, and close collaboration with suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams.

You will handle deliveries planning, inspections with the sales team when needed, and assist storekeeping during absences.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/Certificate/Diploma with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Independent, responsible, self-disciplined, proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Possess forklift and reach truck driving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of machine stock movements and update inventory in Excel daily.
• Manage Purchase Orders and record machine serial numbers.
• Handle inventory, logistics, and import/export processes, including documentation and coordination with suppliers and forwarders.
• Plan and coordinate deliveries with warehouses, customers, transporter, forwarder and internal teams.
• Prepare collection notes, ensure stock readiness, and apply FIFO for stock deliveries.
• Monitor stock locations and manage special delivery requirements.
• Support after-sales operations, including handling damaged units and stock updates.
• Support storekeeper during his absence such goods picking and packing, loading to truck, goods receiving/outgoing at store etc.
• Support sales team on site inspection before deliveries if necessary.
• Undertake any other tasks as assigned by company from time to time.
