Job summary

Plassein Industry Sdn Bhd is seeking a Storekeeper to manage stock, ensure FIFO, and maintain accurate records across Finished Goods, Raw Parts, Materials, Packaging, and Components. You will collect and verify stock documents, prepare monthly inventory reports, and support packaging monitoring schedules.

The role requires 2+ years in storekeeping or warehouse operations, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Excel.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum experience in storekeeping, inventory control or warehouse operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good time management and task prioritization skills.
• Willing to learn new procedures and materials quickly.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and data entry.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collect GTN, MTN, and incoming documents (Stock Card).
• Update shipment arrangements and checklists.
• Record and update GRN after material arrival.
• Update slow-moving parts list.
• Ensure FIFO system is implemented in store.
• Update packaging monitoring every Wednesday and Friday.
• Prepare monthly inventory reports for Finished Goods, Raw Parts, Materials, Packaging, and Components.
• Print and label materials according to type and packaging.
• Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate records.
