Job summary

TAIPING TOWN SQUARE SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated Inventory Controller to monitor inventory accuracy across multiple locations in Taiping, Perak. You will handle stock reconciliations, transfers and adjustments to ensure data integrity and timely reporting.

The role requires coordinating with Warehouse, Purchasing, Retail Operations, Finance, and Sales to uphold SOPs and drive efficiency. A Bachelor's degree and WMS experience are preferred, with opportunities for promotion in a full-time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) preferred.
• Experience in inventory control and stock accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy across warehouses and retail outlets.
• Perform stock reconciliation and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Process stock transfers, stock adjustments, and inventory transactions.
• Prepare inventory reports and support management with inventory analysis.
• Coordinate and participate in periodic stock counts and annual stock takes.
• Work closely with Warehouse, Purchasing, Retail Operations, Finance, and Sales teams.
• Ensure compliance with inventory policies, procedures, and SOPs.
• Recommend improvements to inventory control processes for greater efficiency.
