Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to monitor and maintain inventory accuracy across warehouses and retail outlets, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.

You will perform stock reconciliation, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate stock transfers, adjustments, and inventory transactions with various teams to uphold SOPs and improve processes.

• Prepare inventory reports and support management with inventory analysis.
• Coordinate and participate in periodic stock counts and annual stock takes.
• Work closely with Warehouse, Purchasing, Retail Operations, Finance, and Sales teams.
• Ensure compliance with inventory policies, procedures, and SOPs.
• Recommend improvements to inventory control processes for greater efficiency.
