Job summary

MAAEZ SDN. BHD. in Kota Bharu seeks an Inventory Clerk to manage and maintain accurate stock records in Kota Bharu.

You will ensure physical stock aligns with ERP records, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate with multiple departments to support warehouse operations. The ideal candidate has a diploma in a related field, 1–2 years of inventory or documentation experience, and strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• 1–2 years experience in inventory, warehouse or documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Detail-oriented, systematic and attentive to detail
• Skilled in managing records and document filing
• Able to work with data, numbers and stock reports
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Honest, responsible and able to work with minimum supervision
• Experience using inventory/ERP system is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Manage and update stock in & stock out records
• Ensure physical stock matches system records
• Conduct periodic stock count and stock reconciliation
• Check and record batch numbers and expiry dates of products
• Monitor stock near expiry, defect, damaged and returned items
• Manage documentation including PO, DO, invoice, stock transfer and receiving documents
• Ensure all documents are filed and easily traceable
• Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports
• Identify and report stock discrepancies
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Purchasing, Accounts, Operations and Outlet regarding stock and documents
