Job summary

OFFIX BUSINESS CENTRE SDN. BHD. in Muar, Johor, is seeking an experienced Inventory Admin to join our team. You will monitor stock levels, coordinate movements, and ensure accuracy across our inventory lifecycle in a fast-paced manufacturing and logistics environment.

The ideal candidate has proven inventory control experience, proficiency with inventory software and Excel, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with warehouse and procurement teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inventory management within manufacturing or logistics.
• Strong stock control and warehouse process understanding.
• Proficient with inventory software and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using management systems.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Process purchases, receipts and shipments promptly.
• Manage stock levels and implement reordering to avoid stockouts.
• Prepare inventory reports for management review.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff for proper storage and labeling.
• Track and document movements, transfers and adjustments.
• Assist in identifying obsolete stock and disposition.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Support continuous improvement for inventory accuracy.
