Job summary

XINSTEEL SDN BHD is seeking a reliable assistant counter sales and warehouse support to assist with SJO/SDO issuance, and to generate finish goods labels ahead of production.

You will update raw material consumption, receiving of finish goods in the system, prepare various reports, assist at the weighbridge when needed, file documents, and help with invoices, with a focus on accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or minimum 1 year working experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in inventory or warehouse operations and basic inventory software is an added advantage.
