Job summary

MERITAR SUPPLY CHAIN MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking an Inventory Control & Data Analytics Supervisor in Tg. Malim, Perak to oversee inventory control, data analysis and reporting within warehouse operations.

You will ensure inventory accuracy, analyze discrepancies, coordinate corrective actions and provide data-driven insights to support management decisions. Requires a diploma and 3+ years’ experience; proficient in Excel and WMS.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in inventory control or warehouse data.
• Alternatively 6 years without diploma.
• Strong data analysis and Excel skills.
• Experience with WMS preferred.
• English communication with Chinese colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily inventory data verification and reporting.
• Analyse discrepancies between physical inventory and system records; identify root causes.
• Monitor inventory accuracy across warehouse operations.
• Prepare inventory reports and provide data-driven insights to management.
• Ensure data integrity of WMS and related transactions.
• Assign tasks to inventory/data clerks and supervise performance.
• Establish and maintain inventory control procedures.
