Job summary

Korjaya Logistics Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Supervisor to lead stock management in a fast-paced FMCG setting. You will manage receiving, put-away, picking, and returns while coordinating with Purchasing, Sales and Logistics to optimize inventory levels.

The role requires 2–3 years of warehouse experience, familiarity with WMS and barcode systems, and strong Excel skills. Join a team focused on accuracy, efficiency and 5S housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in warehouse, inventory control, stock management or related operations.
• Experience in inventory management, stock count, stock reconciliation and warehouse operations.
• Familiar with receiving, put-away, picking, stock transfer, returns and inventory control procedures.
• Knowledge of WMS, barcode systems and inventory software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory management in a fast-paced FMCG environment and ensure accuracy of transactions.
• Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, stock transfer and returns processes.
• Perform weekly stock counts and reconcile variances with systems and physical counts.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Sales and Logistics to manage constraints and priorities.
• Ensure 5S housekeeping, safety standards and SOP compliance in the warehouse.
