Job summary

TMC TAI MING CENTRE TRADING SDN BHD is seeking an Inventory Admin Assistant to maintain inventory records, perform system updates, and prepare related documentation. This role is office-based, heavily depends on Excel and AutoCount, with no heavy lifting.

You will handle stock transfers, invoicing, data entry, and reconciliation, requiring accuracy with large data sets. Fresh graduates are welcome and training will be provided to ensure smooth onboarding.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills and numeric accuracy.
• Familiarity with AutoCount is a plus.
• Accurate data entry and attention to detail.
• Willing to learn and adapt; fresh graduates welcome.
• Able to work independently and manage tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records using Excel and AutoCount.
• Create and maintain product barcodes, item codes and product information.
• Prepare and process Stock Transfers in the system.
• Prepare Purchase Invoices and Sales Invoices.
• Check stock quantities, costs and inventory records.
• Monitor stock movements and balances in the system.
• Follow up on stock documents and transfers from outlets.
• Assist with stock take data entry and system reconciliation.
• Identify and follow up on stock discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate filing and inventory documentation.
