DN Cleaning & Services (M) Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking an Administration Clerk to manage inventory records, process purchase orders, and coordinate with suppliers for smooth operations. The role focuses on accuracy in stock data and timely documentation.

The successful candidate will maintain SQL records, prepare invoices and reports, and support daily admin tasks to keep the business running efficiently across departments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update inventory records in the SQL system.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Handle data entry and update stock information in the system.
• Coordinate with suppliers, and other departments.
• Assist with stock receiving, issuing, and stock transfers.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Ensure all store documents and records are properly filed and maintained.
• Perform stock checks and assist with stock-taking activities.
• Carry out other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
