Job summary

VisDynamics Research Sdn Bhd is seeking an Internship Trainee/Part-timer (Administration and HR) based in Melaka. You will assist in staff leave and attendance management, documentation, data entry, and coordinating company events, while supporting various admin and HR tasks to maintain smooth operations.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's in Business Administration or HR, with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Diploma or Bachelor's in Business Administration or HR-related field.
• Internship/part-time duration of at least 3 months.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Based in Melaka, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Assist in staff Leave & Attendance management.
• Monitor and update staff annual leave and other leave records.
• Coordinate company events, activities and internal arrangements.
• Assist with documentation, filing and data entry (physical & digital).
• Perform other ad-hoc admin and HR duties as assigned.

Perform other ad-hoc administrative and HR related duties as assigned

About you

Pursuing a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Human Resource Management or a related field

Fresh/experienced graduates are all encouraged to apply

Internships/part-time duration at least 3 months

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

5 days per week (Mon - Fri)
