Job summary

ScienceVision Sdn Bhd invites a motivated Admin & Logistics Intern to support daily logistics operations at Setia Alam. You will assist with receiving, storing, packing, and documentation, helping ensure accurate records and smooth shipments.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Diploma or Degree in logistics or related fields, with basic Excel/Word skills and strong attention to detail. English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is required, and the internship runs from July to December 2026.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willing to learn and able to work in a team environment.
• Well command in spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia

Responsibilities

• Assist Logistics staff in day-to-day operational activities, including receiving, storing, packing, unpacking, and handling shipments.
• Support warehouse operations to ensure proper handling and storage of goods per procedures.
• Assist in data entry and maintain accurate records in the system.
• Prepare and organize logistics-related documents such as delivery orders, invoices, and shipment records.
• Assist in stock checks and inventory verification.
• Ensure proper labeling and organization of products within the warehouse.
• Support coordination of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Perform general administrative and operational support tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Logistics staff in day-to-day operational activities, including receiving, storing, packing, unpacking, and handling company shipments.
• Support warehouse operations to ensure proper handling and storage of goods in accordance with company procedures.
• Assist in data entry and maintain accurate records in the system.
• Prepare and organize logistics-related documents such as delivery orders, invoices, and shipment records.
• Assist in conducting stock checks and inventory verification.
• Ensure proper labeling and organization of products within the warehouse.
• Support coordination of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Perform general administrative and operational support tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
