Job summary

JStraining MYkerja Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and operational roles.

You will coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, handle offers and pre-onboarding, and track hiring progress to meet monthly targets. The role requires strong sourcing skills across multiple channels and effective collaboration with hiring managers.

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and industry networks.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for key roles and engage passive candidates.
• Support offer communication and pre-onboarding coordination.
• Track progress, maintain hiring data, and improve recruiting channels and processes.
• Meet the company monthly hiring targets.
