Job summary

Job Majestic is seeking a motivated Talent Hunter for a 3-month commitment. You will research the job market, reach out to potential candidates, screen applicants and present profiles to clients.

This role involves coordinating interviews and keeping recruitment trackers up to date, with a focus on proactive learning and daily targets. You will gain hands-on exposure to real vacancies, learn sourcing techniques, and receive mentorship from the recruitment team to build confidence in

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree and able to commit to at least 3 months.
• Willing to communicate with people and make calls.
• Able to communicate confidently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Curious, proactive, organised and ready to own tasks.
• Detail-oriented, even for routine admin work.
• Familiar with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Own a laptop to work remotely or onsite.

What Will You Be Doing?

Forget just observing from the sidelines. You'll get to work on real recruitment assignments alongside our team.

• Hunt for Talent: Research the job market, explore different hiring platforms & identify potential candidates.
• Connect with People: Reach out to candidates, conduct initial screenings & discover their career aspirations.
• Make the Match: Evaluate resumes, shortlist suitable candidates & present profiles to our clients.
• Make Things Happen: Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates & keep the recruitment process moving.
• Stay on Top of Your Game: Manage recruitment trackers, job postings & daily activity targets.

Who Are We Looking For?

We're looking for someone who:

• Is currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree & can commit to at least 3 months.

The Details

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 10 AM - 6 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Monthly Allowance: RM800 – RM1,000 (depending on interview performance)

Accessibility: Approximately 10 minutes' walk from Ara Damansara LRT Station
