Job summary

Vio Star International (M) Sdn Bhd in Negeri Sembilan, Seremban, is seeking a QA/QC support role to assist in inspecting materials, performing basic quality checks and recording results. You'll learn to operate QC equipment under supervision and help maintain QC documentation.

You will contribute to identifying defects, follow safety requirements, and support calibration of measuring instruments to ensure compliance with company quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in inspecting incoming materials, work-in-progress, and finished products.
• Assist in performing basic quality checks, measurements, and laboratory testing according to specifications and procedures.
• Assist in recording inspection and laboratory test results and maintaining QC documentation.
• Support the QC team in identifying defects, non-conformities, and quality deviations.
• Report any quality issues or abnormalities to the supervisor or relevant department.
• Learn to operate laboratory testing equipment and QC instruments under supervision.
• Assist in routine checking, cleaning, and proper handling of laboratory and QC equipment.
• Learn and assist in equipment calibration and ensure measuring instruments are properly maintained.
• Follow established QC procedures, safety requirements, and company quality standards.
