Job summary

Deutsche Post in Malaysia is seeking a dedicated Delivery Driver to handle daily shipments and customer interactions across Sepang and beyond.

You will perform multiple deliveries, update ETAs, and maintain service levels while ensuring safety and accurate scanning of packages. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required; a valid driving license and forklift license are preferred. Join our international team and grow with DHL Group.

Qualifications

• Exhibits ingenuity, creativity, resourcefulness and empathy.
• At least SPM or equivalent and above.
• Good spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess valid Driving License and Forklift License (Preferably).

Responsibilities

• Handle daily delivery and collection of shipments to and from our customers.
• Complete multiple deliveries and collections of shipment of a variety of weights. Sort and prioritise workload to ensure time commitments are met.
• Revise and update ETAs in accordance to procedures.
• Liaise with SPC / admin team to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Establish relationships with external customers to grow the business positively.
• Maintain agreed service levels and abide by corrective measures implemented as and when required.
• Ensure adequate handover to other staff at shift change to ensure continuity and SLAs.
• Under tight deadlines, drive vehicle to customer sites.
• Climbs in and out of vehicle and walks stairs to pick up and deliver documents and packages.
• Operate a scanner to record shipping and package information for documents/packages picked up or delivered.
• Ensure duty collectables are collected each day.
• Ensure on-time & successful first time delivery.
• Generate new business through sales leads.

• Complete multiple deliveries and collections of shipment of a variety of weights. Sort and prioritise workload (including multiple route sort) to ensure time commitments are met
• Revise and update ETAs in accordance to procedures
• Liaise with SPC / admin team to ensure customer requirement are meet
• Establish relationships with external customers to maintain the grow the business in a positive manner
• Maintain agreed service levels and abide by corrective measures implemented as and when required
• Ensure adequate hand over to other staff at the change of shift to ensure continuity and maintenance of SLAs
• Under tight deadlines, drives vehicle to customer sites
• Climbs in and out of vehicle
• Walks up and down stairs as required to pick up and deliver documents and packages to and from customers according to established procedures, in all weather conditions
• Operate a scanner to record shipping and package information for documents/packages picked up or delivered
• Ensure duty collectables are succesfully collected each day
• Ensure ontime & successful first time delivery
• Generate new business through sales leads

YOUR PROFILE

• Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, resourcefulness and empathy.
• At least SPM or equivalent and above
• Good Spoken and Written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess valid Driving License and Forklift License (Preferably).
