Job summary

DHL Express Malaysia is hiring and invites you to join the Insanely Centric Team as a Certified International Specialist. The role focuses on completing shipments, maintaining SLAs, and building strong customer relationships in a fast-paced, international environment.

KLIA-based location, with duties including safe driving, timely handovers, and ongoing engagement with internal teams to meet service standards.

Qualifications

• Exhibits ingenuity, creativity, resourcefulness and empathy.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
• SPM or equivalent with E-license is mandatory, with a valid license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete deliveries and collections of shipments of various weights.
• Sort and prioritise workload to meet all time commitments.
• Revise ETAs per procedures and liaise with internal teams to satisfy customer requirements.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers to support and grow the business.
• Ensure on-time and successful first-time delivery performance.
• Generate new business opportunities through sales leads.

YOUR TASKS

• Complete multiple deliveries and collections of shipments of various weights.
• Sort and prioritise workload (including multiple route sorting) to ensure all time commitments are met.
• Revise and update ETAs in accordance with established procedures.
• Liaise with SPC/Admin Team to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with external customers to support and grow the business.
• Maintain agreed service levels and comply with corrective measures implemented when required.
• Ensure adequate handover to other staff during shift changes to maintain continuity and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Drive company vehicle to customer sites while working under tight deadlines.
• Climb in and out of vehicle as required throughout the workday.
• Walk up and down stairs as required to pick up and deliver documents and packages according to established procedures and in all weather conditions.
• Operate a scanner to record shipping and package information for documents and packages picked up or delivered.
• Ensure duty collectables are successfully collected each day.
• Ensure on-time and successful first-time delivery performance.
• Generate new business opportunities through sales leads.

YOUR PROFILE

• Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, resourcefulness and empathy.
• At least SPM or equivalent and above, with E-license
• Good Spoken and Written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
