Job summary

Ibis Styles Kuala Lumpur Sri Damansara invites passionate students to join our culinary team as Kitchen Interns. This hands-on internship offers exposure to professional hotel kitchen operations within an international hospitality brand (Accor).

You will assist chefs with daily food preparation, mise en place, and kitchen hygiene while learning HACCP standards under seasoned mentors. Internship allowance provided and valuable industry experience awaits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related field.
• Willingness to learn and passion for culinary arts.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

• Good attitude, discipline, and teamwork skills


• Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene is an advantage
