Job summary

KEWPIE MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking an IT Support Assistant in Kuala Lumpur who will provide daily technical support to employees and assist with hardware setup of computers, printers, and peripherals.

You will help configure desktops, laptops, monitors, and network connectivity, and troubleshoot common hardware, software, and network issues. The role focuses on hands-on IT support within a busy office environment and requires basic knowledge of LAN/Wi-Fi and peripheral setup.
