Job description

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and Microsoft 365-related issues.
• Assist with the setup, installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Support user account administration, including account creation, access management, and password resets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
• Monitor and assist with software updates, system patches, antivirus management, and data backup activities.
• Maintain IT asset inventories, support documentation, and service records.
• Track and manage support tickets to ensure timely resolution and user satisfaction.
• Assist in troubleshooting network connectivity and peripheral device issues.
• Participate in IT infrastructure, system enhancement, and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and best practices.
