Job summary

Kanry Search is seeking an HR Intern in Recruitment to gain hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment and HR operations, with a focus on blue-collar hiring. This 6-month internship offers exposure to contract preparation, data entry, and job advertising across platforms.

The role is based at TTDI (Near MRT) with an monthly allowance of RM 1,200 to RM 1,400 and a pathway to a permanent position upon completion; start Sep/Oct 2026.

Qualifications

• Final semester student pursuing a Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support blue-collar recruitment: screening, coordination, candidate follow-ups
• Assist in preparing employment contracts and HR documents
• Perform data entry and timesheet verification
• Post and update job adverts on various platforms
• Support general HR administration and ad‑hoc tasks
