Grandmama’s Malaysia invites an HR internship for students or recent graduates in HR, Business Admin, or Management. You will assist with HR projects, benefits, recruitment events, and serve as a contact for staff inquiries.
You will also maintain and update employee records, support HRIS tasks, and help preserve confidential HR and admin files while gaining practical hands-on experience in a renowned restaurant brand.
Support HR projects and initiatives as needed, including compensation & benefits, recruitment drive and events.
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Oversee daily HR administrative tasks, including maintaining HR files, managing HRIS systems and processing employee requests.
Help with maintaining accurate and confidential records related to both HR and administrative functions.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Capable of handling confidential information with integrity.
Learning Experience: Gain hands-on experience in HR and administrative functions.
