Job summary
Goodealbb Trading in Malaysia seeks a motivated student intern to assist with e-commerce operations, product postings, and content creation. You will schedule listings on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok and other social channels, while supporting photo editing and design tasks.
The role offers hands-on experience in online selling, customer inquiries, and promotions, with growth opportunities as you learn and contribute to campaigns and sales activities.
Qualifications
- Pursuing diploma/degree in business/marketing/e-commerce.
- Knowledgeable in photo editing using Canva/CapCut.
- Interested in e-commerce and online selling.
- Creative, responsible and eager to learn.
- Good communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Create and schedule product postings on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok and social media.
- Support content creation, including product posting, photo editing, and photo design.
- Assist in managing online shop and product listings.
- Support in handling customer inquiries and online orders.
- Assist in online promotions, campaigns, and sales activities.
- Monitor sales performance and engagement.
- Monitor online orders, coordinate with the warehouse team, and ensure timely fulfillment.
