Job summary

Energi Elite in Malaysia is seeking an Accounts Intern to support our finance team with daily sales, payments and expenses, and to match customer payments to invoices. Ideal candidates are studying or have completed a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance, are comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets, and can handle confidential information with good English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Energi Elite is Malaysia's leading home EV charger installation company and the official installer partner for Proton, with 3,500+ installations completed. We are a growing team, and we're looking for an Accounts Intern to support our finance work.

What You'll Do

• Record daily sales, payments and expenses
• Match customer payments to invoices
• Help prepare commission and partner payment calculations
• Keep financial records and documents organised
• Support month-end closing and simple reports
• Assist with other accounts and admin tasks when needed

What We're Looking For

• Studying or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets
• Careful with details and good with numbers
• Organised, reliable and able to keep information confidential
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Good to have: experience with accounting software (e.g. SQL Account, AutoCount, Xero or similar)
