Job summary

Energi Elite in Malaysia is seeking an Accounts Intern to support our finance team with daily sales, payments and expenses, and to match customer payments to invoices. Ideal candidates are studying or have completed a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance, are comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets, and can handle confidential information with good English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in accounting or finance.
• Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Attention to detail and good with numbers.
• Organised, reliable and able to keep information confidential.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Record daily sales, payments and expenses.
• Match customer payments to invoices.
• Assist with commission and partner payment calculations.
• Keep financial records and documents organised.
• Support month-end closing and simple reports.
• Assist with other accounts and admin tasks when needed.
