Qualifications

• University degree for analytical capacity and quick responses.
• 2-3 years of quality assurance experience in a sales environment.
• Meticulous and strong in written English.
• Well versed in risk factors and system dependency.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of Mandarin and Bahasa is advantageous.
• Advanced computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Handle all referred mortgage applications by LG Type 2.
• Verify customer information prior to submission.
• Follow up on customer mortgage application status.
• Ensure customer documents are in order prior to submission.
• Ensure mortgage applications meet policy standards.
• Meet customer expectations for efficiency and professionalism.
• Maintain strong referral relationships with LG Type II agency.
• Provide excellent customer engagement and experience.
