Globe Cargo Logistics (China) Ltd. (GCLCHN) seeks an International Freight Forwarding Operations & Customer Service Executive to manage end-to-end freight forwarding tasks and ensure high customer satisfaction.

The role involves coordinating bookings, customs clearance, trucking, and shipment arrangements, with liaison to overseas agents and clients. The successful candidate will have about 3 years in international freight forwarding or customer service, fluent Chinese and English, strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Around 3 years of experience in international freight forwarding operations or customer service.
• Fluent in Chinese and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Logistics-related qualification preferred.
• Experience handling overseas agents or international customers advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end import and export freight forwarding operations.
• Coordinate booking, customs clearance, trucking and shipment arrangements.
• Liaise with overseas agents, customers and relevant parties to ensure smooth cargo delivery.
• Manage customer service matters and maintain good relationships with clients.
• Handle VIP customer accounts and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
