Qualifications

• 8+ years in financial services or IT, preferably payments.
• Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business or Finance.
• Experience with banking/payment applications and SDLC.
• Proven ability to build relationships up to C-level.
• Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex client implementations and data conversions across systems and technologies.
• Build and sustain relationships with clients up to C-level, ensuring satisfaction.
• Support GTM development and partnerships to expand revenue in international markets.
• Collaborate with Product, Pricing, and Commercial teams on cloud solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Provide strategic direction and negotiate with clients to finalize agreements.
