Elitez Pte Ltd is seeking an Internal Project Engineer to support planning, coordination, and execution of internal projects and cross-functional initiatives. This role works closely with various departments and senior management to improve processes, implement systems, monitor KPIs, and drive organizational efficiency.

The Internal Project Engineer will support the planning, coordination, and execution of internal projects and cross-functional initiatives. This role works closely with various departments and senior management to improve internal processes, implement systems, monitor KPIs, and drive organizational efficiency. It provides an excellent opportunity to develop strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing internal company projects from initiation to completion.
Support the review, improvement, and optimization of internal processes, workflows, and systems.
Collect, organize, and analyse project data to support decision‑making, identify improvement opportunities, and track project progress.
Collaborate with different departments and business units to facilitate cross‑functional projects and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of departmental KPIs and performance targets.
Assist in guiding and training Heads of Departments (HODs) on KPI setting, monitoring, and achievement.
Prepare project reports, presentations, meeting materials, and other relevant documentation.
Maintain proper project records, documentation, and filing to ensure information is organized and accessible.
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and follow‑up actions to ensure projects remain on track.
Identify potential issues or gaps and support the Project Manager in implementing appropriate solutions.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant project coordination, process improvement, or administrative experience.
Strong interest in project management, process improvement, and organizational development.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different levels of the organization.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
Willing to participate in company‑wide projects and undertake occasional travel when required.
