We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Project Engineer / Project Management Engineer to support project planning, execution, cross-functional coordination, and risk management. This role will work closely with engineering, quality, supply chain, production, and other internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and according to business requirements.

This role will work closely with engineering, quality, supply chain, production, and other internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and according to business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including key milestones, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify schedule or execution gaps, and coordinate corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Manage project scope changes and assess their impact on timeline, cost, resources, and overall project delivery.
- Act as a key coordination point across project teams and relevant internal functions.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, including weekly reviews, milestone reviews, and issue-resolution discussions.
- Track and follow up on action items to ensure timely closure.
- Provide regular project updates to management, including progress, key risks, issues, and support required.
- Identify and assess project risks related to technical matters, supply chain, quality, cost, schedule, and other project areas.
- Maintain project risk registers and develop mitigation or contingency plans to minimize potential impact.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and support issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in project management, project coordination, NPI, engineering projects, or a related role.
- Experience in new energy, battery, automotive, electronics, or advanced manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.
- Experience supporting or managing New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from development to mass production will be highly preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong results-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile is preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, SAP PM, or similar systems will be an advantage.
