Job summary

Waveplus Sdn Bhd is seeking a seasoned Project Manager in Malaysia to coordinate internal teams and external vendors, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

The role requires 10+ years in engineering with leadership experience, strong analytical and mentoring skills, and a proven ability to drive continuous improvement and efficient budgeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in business, computer science, engineering or information systems or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years in engineering with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong mentoring, coaching and inspirational leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless project execution.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives with stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocate effectively.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Use verification techniques to manage changes in scope, schedule and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems and tools.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
