Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Stocktake Assistant to support stocktakes across stores and warehouses. You will maintain inventory accuracy, visit retail stores, and collaborate with teams to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications include 6 months to 1 year in related field, willingness to travel to company warehouses with own transport, and proficiency in Excel. Training provided and benefits included.

Qualifications

• Education: SPM or below, or above.
• Experience: 6months to 1year in a related field.
• Experience in stock take, warehouse operations, inventory control, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel to company warehouses in other states for stocktake (including HQ office) - reimbursement provided!

Responsibilities

• Ensure stock qty are aligned with the systems.
• Accurately maintain inventory of goods.
• Regularly visit retail stores to stock take (midnight) and spot checks goods inventory.
• Follow-up and do investigation on stock take report.
• Communicate with respective teams on all inventory review matters.
• Review and identify the areas of improvement on the process.
• Assist retail stores or warehouse to check inventory.
• Check CCTV if the stores & warehouse stock loss or special reasons.
