Job summary

Armstrong Technology Sdn Bhd invites a Diploma student to join as an intern in Planning & Procurement to support operations and improve efficiency.

The role covers handling job orders, PR printing/processing, inventory checks, supplier coordination, shipping documents, and KPI updates. This internship offers hands-on experience in a manufacturing supply chain.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).

• Inventory checking and monitoring.
• Sub-Contractors delivery & waste disposal arrangement & monitoring.
• Daily stocks declaration to OEM.
• Suppliers’ delivery arrangement & monitoring.
• Shipping Documents Follow Up.
• Monthly KPI Update.
• Other duties as assigned.
