Job summary

Haily Construction Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru is seeking a dedicated Civil Engineering graduate to join our site team. You will prepare daily/weekly reports, monitor progress and safety, and support project planning to deliver quality residential and non-residential buildings.

You will coordinate with subcontractors and clients, oversee material handling, and supervise casting and architectural work, while ensuring compliance with design specs and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Great written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with integrity and commitment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly site reports detailing activities, progress, planning and other information.
• Conduct daily site monitoring for safety, quality and progress.
• Manage reception, ordering and storage of materials with proper inventory control.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, NSC and clients to optimize project efficiency and ensure alignment with specs.
• Oversee casting/architectural processes to meet design and safety standards.
• Monitor activity progress to ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by superiors.

Job description

We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team at Haily Construction Sdn Bhd, a G7 CIDB-registered main contractor primarily involved in the construction of residential and non-residential buildings.

Working Hours: 8am - 5pm (Six days working days)

Prepare daily / weekly / monthly reports detailing site activities, progress, projection, project planning and other relevant information.

Conduct daily site monitoring to oversee progress, adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.

Manage the reception, ordering, and storage of materials, ensuring proper inventory control and efficient utilization.

Facilitate the completion of inspection forms / inspection apps and manage RFI to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.

Provide supervision during casting / architectural processes, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Coordinate with subcon, NSC and client infra to optimizing project efficiency and ensuring alignment with project specifications.

Monitor the progress of site activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules.

Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction field.
• Required skills: proficiency in MS Office.
• Great written and verbal communication skills.
• Candidates must be self-motivated, with strong integrity and commitment to their responsibilities.
