Job summary

Hwa Hin Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Diary & Documentation Coordinator in Johor Bahru to support the Site Engineer with project records and drawings. You will update daily site diaries, assist in preparing fortnightly progress reports, and manage subcontractor claims while ensuring cleanliness and readiness of the site office.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Must be willing to work in Johor Bahru and able to work independently, delivering accurate documentation and effective coordination

• Degree required in Building Construction or Civil Engineering.
• Willing to work in Johor Bahru.

Responsibilities

• Update Site Diary Report and Cube Test Results.
• Prepare Fortnightly Progress Meeting Reports with drone photos/videos, weather forecasts, and work forecasts.
• Prepare and submit subcontractors' monthly work done claims.
• Assist Site Engineer in maintaining project documents and drawings.
• Ensure the site office is clean, organized, and in good condition for fortnightly client meetings.
• Interpret and resolve drawing inconsistencies and guide team members and sub-contractors.
• Assist Project Manager & Site Engineer to implement work sequences and programs.
• Attend meetings and comply with QA/QC SOPs and subcontract agreements.
• Adapt AutoCAD/SketchUp and Microsoft Office as needed.

Job description

Update the Site Diary Report and Cube Test Results.

Prepare and update the Fortnightly Progress Meeting Report, including editing drone photos/videos, weather forecasts, and work forecasts.

Prepare and submit subcontractors' monthly work done claims.

Assist the Site Engineer in maintaining and organizing all project documents and drawings.

Ensure the site office is clean, well-organized, and in good condition at all times, especially for fortnightly meetings with the client.

To interpret, resolve, and guide all team members and sub-contractors with regard to any question arising from drawings inconsistency and/or inadequate information.

To assist the Project Manager & Site Engineer to implement a sequence of work and work programs.

To attend the meeting.

Compliance with the enforcement with regard to QA& QC Standard Operation Procedure & Sub-con agreement.

Adapt software of AutoCad / Sketch Up / Microsoft office & etc.

Requirements

At least a Degree in Building Construction, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.

Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.

Able to work independently to maintain high standards and accuracy.

Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.

Candidate which able to join immediately will be add advantage
