Job summary

Hitachi Sunway Information Systems - Sunway, Selangor is seeking a PMO Administrative Assistant to support the PMO with meeting coordination, minutes, action tracking, and documentation management.

You will help maintain PMO documentation, trackers, and weekly/monthly status reports, while assisting in gathering project data from stakeholders and supporting standardized PMO templates and processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and track action items.
• Maintain PMO documentation, project trackers, and shared repositories.
• Support preparation and updates of weekly/monthly project status reports.
• Assist in collecting and consolidating project data from stakeholders.
• Support standardization of PMO templates, processes, and documentation.
• Perform general administrative tasks related to PMO operations.
• Any other duties assigned by superior or management.
