Job summary

AceTeam Networks is seeking a Project Manager to grow with us, driven by structured delivery across IT infrastructure projects in Malaysia.

You will coordinate stakeholders, develop detailed plans, monitor progress, and ensure on-time completion within budget. PMP/CSM preferred. Bachelor’s degree required; 3–5 years PM experience; strong documentation and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science or relevant field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in IT infrastructure projects.
• PMP certification or CSM preferred.
• Strong familiarity with project management software, methodologies and best practices.
• Experience managing full project life cycle.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to deliver projects on scope, budget and timeline.

Responsibilities

• Manages project from initialization, scheduling, implementation, documentation, operation, training until the project hand-over stage
• Liaise with all relevant parties on progress; coordinate internal resources and third parties for execution of projects
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress; spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
• Manage reports and documentation; produce comprehensive reports documenting all project requirements and project history

We are looking for an individual with:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science or any relevant qualification
• At least 3-5 years of project management and related experience in IT infrastructure projects
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is preferred
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
• Excellent analytical skills
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
