Qualifications

  • Proven track record of process improvement and implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with creative thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders.
  • Experience with process mapping tools and techniques such as Lean or Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
  • Design and implement process changes with stakeholders for smooth transitions.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation including maps, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system changes integrate with existing systems.
  • Monitor and report on process performance and identify further optimization opportunities.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Operations Management
3+ years of experience in process management/operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder influence
Experience with process mapping and improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma)

Process Management Specialist
