Job summary

OCBC Malaysia is offering an Intern - O&T FinCon Invoice Processing role onsite in Kuala Lumpur. You will join the Process Management team to support operation efficiency and automation initiatives while learning how global banking processes are optimized.

You will analyze workflows, design process changes with stakeholders, and help document procedures. The program emphasizes continuous improvement, practical exposure to Lean/Six Sigma, and collaboration with IT to ensure smooth system

Qualifications

• A degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience with process mapping tools and techniques such as Lean or Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for automation
