Job summary

TNG Digital Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a motivated Intern, Loyalty & Engagement to support campaign management, voucher configuration, reporting, and data analysis.

You will assist with merchant onboarding, inventory management, pricing, and market insights, gaining hands-on exposure to backend systems and partnership operations.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good communication skills (written & verbal).
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with merchant onboarding including document collection, verification, and registration prior to campaign/voucher listing.
• Manage vouchers arrangement and configure vouchers in backend system; monitor run rate and replenishment.
• Track catalogue stock levels and ensure items are in stock.
• Assist in compiling monthly budget, partners’ and utilization reports.
• Access supplier pricing, compare with market rates, and assist with price setting.
• Analyze data on catalogue performance and redemption patterns to inform improvements.

# Intern, *Loyalty & Engagement*Kuala Lumpur, MalaysiaIntern#### Duties & Responsibilities* This individual is responsible to assist the Loyalty & Engagement team in areas of campaign management, vouchers configuration, reporting, operations & analysis duties.* Job Description:* 1.
