Job summary

Jabil Malaysia Penang is seeking an IT Support specialist to provide level 1-2 technical assistance, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, and helping maintain computer systems and applications.

You will install, configure, and deploy new software and hardware, manage service desk tickets, escalate complex problems, deliver user training, and collaborate with IT peers to improve service delivery. Jabil is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
