Job summary

Jabil in Malaysia’s Penang is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition coordinator to support campus recruitment and employer branding. You will coordinate events, manage social media storytelling, arrange interviews and onboarding, and assist with Mandarin content proofreading, contributing to a diverse and inclusive talent pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and attend campus and recruitment events.
• Create story, post photos and newsletters for branding on social media relating to campus events or recruitment.
• Propose & execute Wevideo video shooting and editing for business functions.
• Coordinate & execute new hire onboarding matters.
• Arrange candidate interviews and receive candidates for face-to-face interviews.
• Filing new hire documents into P file.
• Handle ad hoc tasks or projects assigned by Talent Acquisition team.
• Mandarin literacy to proofread Mandarin articles.
