Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and demonstrate a positive, professional attitude
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive HR information
• Flexibility and willingness to learn and develop new skills in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and talent acquisition activities
• Support the coordination of onboarding and induction processes for new employees
• Maintain and update HR records, databases and documentation in accordance with company policies
• Help with the organisation and administration of HR-related events and training programmes
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports, presentations and materials for management review
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling, correspondence and filing
