AIA Digital+ Kuala Lumpur is seeking a junior HRIT support professional to assist with simple system configuration changes, testing activities, and documentation. You will contribute to data-related tasks and AI-assisted initiatives while building foundational expertise in HR technology and digital solutions.

The role offers exposure to HRIT projects, opportunities to learn, and the chance to progress toward permanent employment based on performance and business needs.

Competenze

• University/college graduate in computer science or related discipline.
• Experience in Java programming is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to write clearly and concisely.

Support HRIT operations by delivering simple system configuration changes, testing activities, documentation, data-related tasks, and AI-assisted initiatives while building foundational expertise in HR technology and digital solutions.

Roles and Reponsibilities:

• Perform simple system configuration changes and support system enhancements under supervision.
• Execute testing, validation, and quality assurance activities, including AI-assisted testing.
• Prepare and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
• Perform data validation, quality checks, reporting, and other data-related activities.
• Support AI initiatives through knowledge management, automation support, and bot performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with HRIT team members and stakeholders to support project delivery and operational requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and operational excellence.
• Demonstrate accountability, quality, and a continuous learning mindset, with the opportunity to be considered for permanent employment based on performance and business needs.

Education

• University / College graduate in computer science or other relevant discipline.

Experience

• Has experience in Java Programming is an added advantage
