Job summary

AIA Digital+ Kuala Lumpur is seeking a junior HRIT support professional to assist with simple system configuration changes, testing activities, and documentation. You will contribute to data-related tasks and AI-assisted initiatives while building foundational expertise in HR technology and digital solutions.

Qualifications

• University/college graduate in computer science or related discipline.
• Experience in Java programming is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to write clearly and concisely.
• Willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
• Demonstrates maturity, integrity, initiative, and self-motivation.
• Ability to manage priorities and time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform simple system configuration changes under supervision.
• Execute testing, validation, and QA activities, including AI-assisted testing.
• Prepare and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
• Conduct data validation, quality checks, and reporting.
• Support AI initiatives through knowledge management and automation.
• Monitor bot performance and assist AI projects.
• Collaborate with HRIT team and stakeholders to support delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Demonstrate accountability and a continuous learning mindset with potential for permanent employment.
